Iron Horse Expedition

"The crookedest railroad in the world"--that's what they called the United Verde & Pacific Railroad. After looping through historic Jerome, we'll head out past the old railroad depot and open pit mine and follow the original narrow gauge railroad bed as it winds along the side of Woodchute Mountain at elevations up to six thousand feet. Our journey will give us spectacular views of Sedona, the Verde Valley, and the Sycamore Canyon Wilderness area. These are sights which few visitors to Sedona know exist.
