If you're looking for excitement, as well as history, this is the four wheel drive tour for you. We'll drive three thousand feet straight up Mingus Mountain to the Copper Chief mine, then snake along the side of the mountain along an 1890's wagon trail. Then we'll descend into Mescal Canyon through 1.8 billion year old rhyolite rock. This is the same kind of terrain that Cochise and Geronimo hid out in and we'll be talking a lot about the local Indian lore and history on this tour.
